The members of the European Rallycross Association elected Mr. Jean Filippini to their new president after the former president Mr. Gerhard Fischler did not candidate any more.
Mr. Filippini is an active member of the Belgian Rallycross Association for more than 25 years and started his career in Rallycross as an active driver in the mid 70īs. He is an insider in Rallycross and many of you will know him as a perfect Clerk of the Course at his home circuit in Maasmechelen.
The managing board of the ERA consists of:
President: Mr. Jean Filippini from Belgium
Vice-President: Mr. Jean-Marie Krempff from France
Secretary: Mr. Karl Staudinger from Austria

According to a fax from RRC13/Vienna, Mr. Gerhard Fischler the first postponed EC-race in Horn/Austria is cancelled. The main reason is, that the neccessary changes on the track in order to match the requirements of the FIA-Safety-Commission were not done.
The European Rallycross Association is happy to welcome you on this brand-new web site. "The site is a good source for both drivers and fans" said ERA president Gerhard Fischler today.
